Code of Conduct

This document outlines the high standards of Nova Forge Industries (henceforth “NFIND”) and helps us put them into practice. Our commitment to these standards is fundamental to our collective success.

Please follow both the letter and spirit of this Code. If at any time you feel this Code is not being followed—or if you have any questions or concerns—reach out to any Department Head as soon as possible.

This Code applies to everyone at NFIND regardless of position, role, or tenure.

I. Serve Others

We believe in treating others how we want to be treated. This means showing kindness and humility in our words and actions, and demonstrating empathy and patience even when we feel we are being treated unfairly.

We strive to always show an attitude that is mild and considerate.

As representatives of NFIND, we also hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism. This includes communicating respectfully—whether in text, voice, or action—and avoiding language or behavior that is disruptive, hostile, or damaging to the company’s culture of kindness and trust.

II. Work as a Team

Teamwork is the backbone of any successful organization—and it becomes more crucial as we grow. We show integrity and commitment in our work and strive to communicate effectively and listen attentively to others.

III. Maintain Confidentiality

While we value transparency, we must also exercise discretion where it is needed.

Sensitive information*—such as employee matters, operational details, or key locations—must *never be disclosed to individuals who are not entitled to that information.

IV. Protect Company Assets

As an employee-owned company, each of us shares responsibility for protecting NFIND’s assets and reducing loss.

  • A. Intellectual Property:
Information related to trade routes, company structure, the locations of employees or resources, internal documents, or any non-public data should be considered confidential unless a Department Head explicitly states otherwise.
  • B. Physical Assets:
Human life is finite and must be protected at all costs.
Company-owned or provided items—such as ships, vehicles, mining and salvage equipment, protective gear, weapons, ores, salvage, and commodities*—must be treated with *respect and used responsibly to avoid unnecessary loss.

V. Financial Integrity and Responsibility

We work hard to maintain accurate records, but we must also take deliberate steps to protect our financial stability and honor.

  • A. Spending Company Funds:
All purchases or reimbursements must be for the direct use of the company. Always ensure your requests align with company goals.
  • B. Recording Transactions:
If your role involves documenting company transactions (e.g., tracking mining costs or cargo values), be familiar with the relevant financial policies.
Immediately notify the Finance team if you suspect a transaction has been recorded improperly.

VI. Obey the Law

NFIND takes seriously its responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
While no one is expected to know every regulation in detail, each of us is responsible for understanding the laws that directly apply to our role and operations.

VII. Conclusion

We rely on each other’s good judgment to uphold the high standards of unity and integrity that define Nova Forge Industries.

Let this Code guide your actions—and let your actions reflect both the letter and spirit of this Code.

Together, we forge a better future.
